Fluent in multiple genres, Kush is both a member of the Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra and has performed seventeen seasons with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Kush’s most recent jazz album Finally Friday (MCG Jazz) received critical acclaim from reviewers in the US and Europe. Kush has recorded or performed recently with Maceo Parker, Arturo Sandoval, Eddie Daniels, Paquito D’Rivera, Benny Golson, Sean Jones, Christian McBride, Jeff “Tain” Watts, Freddie Cole, Tom Scott, Hubert Laws, Common, Patti Austin, Andrea Bocelli, and Hugh Jackman, among many others.”
